  • Hm, try the link again Neal. I\'m not having any problems with it, and this is the first time something\'s been said. Send us an e-mail, Arydrall. We might be able to help you out with an online 4e game.

  • Most of the way through the show, and even though this was awhile ago, I\'d just like to mention that the vast (and I mean vast) majority of late term abortions are for medical reasons. Either the fetus is in danger of killing the mother, or the fetus has some sort of condition that is going to result in a miscarriage or a very early and painful life. http://unreasonablefaith.com/2009/08/03/thoughts-from-an-abortion-doctor/

  • Game burnout seems to happen quite a bit. I\'m like you guys quite a bit; I love trying out new games, I hate getting stuck in the same system and the groups where I live are all very stuck in common systems. Old school D&D, and Legend of the Five Rings 3e. 4th edition is hated by everyone around here, by almost all of the old school gamers, so it\'s very hard to get a game of that together (I love how smooth the combat is, and the lack of roleplaying mechanics is almost a boon in my mind when comparing it to the old edition) However, all they\'ve done is read it. They just skim through, decide they hate it because it\'s the cool thing to do. That attitude kills the fun. This hobby is all about trying new things. We may all have limited time, but where\'s the sense of adventure, man? So here I am, collecting all sorts of books without a chance to actually play them. ;) I might have to get into the skype/maptools gaming combo soon. Do you guys have any advice on how to get started on the interwebs, where to find people to game with online, etc? Keep on podcasting. Kicked in the Dicebags makes my mondays. Maybe that\'s just the hangover talking, though. ;)
