Apologies in advance for the grainy and turgid audio quality a lot of editing and cleaning up seemed to add up to naught in the final accounting.

Also a part, in the beginning, got yanked out for some inexplicable reason. What is digestible however signals my return back in this forbidding zone.

Guess who is back from sabbatical and walking the earth like Cain and well papa's got a brand new bag in 2023. Problems with editing messing up the intro and outro so I gave you the meat of the sandwich not the bread. :)
